We are looking for an experienced VP of Global Recruiting to oversee the strategy and operations of AgileEngine’s talent acquisition.
The VP of Global Recruiting should possess strong business knowledge, project management experience, exhibit strong communication skills, understand the nuances of recruiting across traditional and digital channels, and have strong leadership skills to efficiently and cost-effectively assure future AgileEngine’s growth.
We have developed industry-leading practices and tools and grow at 50-70% each year due to strong demand from customers like Indeed, Bloomberg, Asana, Estee Lauder and many other to brands. We are full of ideas and have the budget to execute them :-) This is a unique opportunity to join a 700+ person company and lead a multi-location recruiting team of over 40 people in the US, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Ukraine, and India and drive the next phase of our evolution.
You will work with
● Build a progressive talent strategy and roadmap, partnering closely across the executive staff and cross-functional partners ● Create a thoughtful, clear metrics-driven approach that tracks, monitors, and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of all programs and initiatives ● Develop best-in-class processes to attract and win top talent globally ● Become an expert in the AgileEngine story and cultural values to accurately market our talent brand globally ● Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet business objectives ● Design customized and executable staffing plans while building relationships with the recruiting team ● Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience ● Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects ● Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team ● Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. ● Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
Our team is looking for someone who has
● 5 or more years of experience in IT with at least 3 of them in recruiting. Large company experience is a strong plus ● Understanding of marketing principles and data driven decisions ● Understanding of people and desire to be a supportive multiplier for everyone you interact with ● Positive can-do attitude and will to join a strong team of energetic people working on a common goal
