Introduction: This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for subscription services ("Services") provided by JOBITT. By subscribing to any of the following plans, the subscriber ("Customer") agrees to the terms set forth herein.
Basic Plan ($9 per month):
Advanced Plan ($29 per month):
Pro Plan ($99 per month):
Upon subscribing to any of the JOBITT plans (Basic, Advanced, or Pro), the Customer authorizes JOBITT to automatically charge the subscription fee to the provided credit card each month.
The subscription fee will be automatically deducted from the Customer's credit card on the same date each month as the initial subscription date.
JOBITT will not send a separate billing statement for these automatic charges, but the Customer will receive a confirmation of the transaction via email or through their JOBITT account.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time with immediate effect through a single-click cancellation feature available in their JOBITT account settings.
Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made following the cancellation, and the subscription will not renew for the subsequent month.
No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle.
If you hire a candidate for outstaffing with tags, you will not be charged a commission. In such cases, the commission is paid by the company that provided the candidate rather than the hiring company. This arrangement promotes a seamless and cost-effective hiring process for companies seeking outstaffing services through JOBITT.

Employer-Designated Bonuses:
Employers subscribing to JOBITT services have the option to designate bonuses for specific job listings posted on the platform.
The decision to offer a bonus, the amount, and the terms of the bonus are solely at the discretion of the employer and must be clearly specified in the job listing.
Non-Liability Acknowledgment:
Both employers ("Employers") and candidates ("Candidates") using the JOBITT platform acknowledge and agree that JOBITT is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any aspect related to bonuses offered or discussed in job listings on the JOBITT platform.
Employers and Candidates hereby agree not to bring any claims, demands, or legal actions against JOBITT concerning such bonuses, as these are entirely outside JOBITT's responsibility.
Waiver of Claims:
By using the JOBITT platform, both Employers and Candidates waive any right to hold JOBITT liable or responsible for any dispute, claim, loss, or damage arising from or related to the bonuses offered by Employers in their job listings.
This waiver applies to all claims, whether currently known or subsequently arising, related to bonuses offered on the JOBITT platform.
Resolution of Disputes Regarding Bonuses:
It is the sole responsibility of the Employers to outline the terms and conditions of any bonuses in their job listings, and the Employers are solely liable for fulfilling any such bonus commitments.
Any disputes or discussions regarding bonuses are strictly between the Employers and Candidates, and JOBITT is not obligated to mediate, intervene, or resolve such matters.
Overview of Referral Bonus Feature:
JOBITT introduces the "Referral Bonus" feature, enabling companies to offer bonuses for the successful referral and hiring of candidates.ֿ
This feature allows companies to incentivize users of the JOBITT platform to recommend potential candidates for open positions.
Company Responsibilities
Companies choosing to use the Referral Bonus feature must clearly define the terms of the bonus, including the amount and conditions under which the bonus is payable.
The responsibility for setting, managing, and fulfilling the bonus lies solely with the company offering it.
Non-Involvement of JOBITT in Payment
JOBITT is not responsible for the payment of any referral bonuses. All financial transactions and agreements regarding the referral bonus occur directly between the company and the referrer.
JOBITT does not mediate or intervene in any payment disputes related to the referral bonuses.
Reporting and Enforcement
While JOBITT does not oversee the payment of referral bonuses, users can report any instances of dishonest practices or non-payment by companies.
Upon receiving such complaints, JOBITT reserves the right to review the situation and, at its discretion, may take action. This action could include terminating its working relationship with companies found to be engaging in unfair or dishonest practices.
However, the decision to investigate or take action against companies based on user reports lies entirely with JOBITT, and JOBITT is not obligated to take any specific actions based on these reports.
User Awareness
Users participating in the Referral Bonus feature are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the terms of the bonus as set by the company and to communicate directly with the company regarding any concerns or disputes.
JOBITT aims to maintain a fair and trustworthy platform but is not liable for the actions of companies or users related to the Referral Bonus feature.
JOBITT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its pricing structure at any time, at its sole discretion, with prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to our pricing structure, and such changes will only apply to transactions and services occurring after the effective date of the change.
From time to time, JOBITT may offer special promotions, discounts, or bundled services. These offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated during the promotion period. JOBITT reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time without prior notice.
If you are okay with our services, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction to discuss your concerns. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a refund or credit toward future services. The refund or credit will be based on the circumstances of your case and our evaluation of the situation.
You acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and Pricing by using our services. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your access to and use of the JOBITT platform.

JOBITT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and Pricing without prior notice. Your continued use of the JOBITT platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service and Pricing to stay informed about any updates or changes. In the event of a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the updated terms by email or posting a notice on our website.
These Terms of Service and Pricing, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, will be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JOBITT is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to these courts' personal and exclusive jurisdiction.
Suppose any provision of these Terms of Service and Pricing is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, such provision will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions of these terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms of Service and Pricing, together with any other applicable terms and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and JOBITT concerning your access to and use of the JOBITT platform and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, or agreements, whether written or oral.
The failure of JOBITT to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service and Pricing will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of JOBITT.
