These terms and conditions apply to any document or agreement (the “Terms”) made by and between Jobitt ("Us" or "Our" or "We" or "Jobitt"), and its users (“Users” or “You”).
By using our services, registering on our website, or contributing content to us by any channel (website, social media, etc.) You agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you are acting on behalf of a company or any other legal entity, your hereby represent that you have the authority to bind such entity into these terms. In this case the terms "You" and its derivatives shall refer to the entity. If you do not have the authority to bind the entity into these terms, please do not use our services, do not register on our website, and do not contribute content to us.
These Terms govern Your use of all the text, data, information, software, graphics, photographs and more (all of which We refer to as “Materials”) that We and Our affiliates may make available to You through any of Our websites (all of Our websites are referred to in these Terms collectively as this “Website”) and Your use of the services provided to You by Jobitt (collectively, the “Services”).
We may alter the Materials and Services We offer You and/or choose to modify, suspend or discontinue this Website at any time upon prior written notice to You.
In these Terms we are granting You a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Services; Your right to use the Services is conditioned on Your compliance with these Terms. You have no other rights in this Website or the Services and You may not modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of this Website or Materials in any manner. If You breach any of these Terms the above license will terminate automatically.
To create an account with Us (Your “Account”), You must register through the Website. Once You submit the required registration information, we alone will determine whether to approve Your proposed account. For so long as You use the account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if any information you provided is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. The services provide users with an opportunity to publish job openings, job applications or other content (hitherto: "User Generated Content", "UGC") in certain areas of the website, it's affiliated pages, and social media channels.
You acknowledge and agree that you are entirely and solely responsible for all the UGC that you submit. You warrant and represent that:
UGC published on JOBITT do not reflect the views and opinions of JOBITT and/or affiliates. UGC reflects the views and opinions of whoever posted it. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, JOBITT shall not be liable for the UGC or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the UGC on this Platform.
JOBITT is not responsible for the UGC that is posted on the platform, and does not verify its validity, authenticity and/or correctness. UGC published on JOBITT do not reflect the views and opinions of JOBITT. JOBITT does not endorse or recommend any of the companies, products, services, or any other information that appears on the platform.
UGC reflects the views and opinions of the third parties that submitted it, and it may be inaccurate, misleading, or false. JOBITT makes no assurances regarding the reliability, correctness, validity, or authenticity of the UGC.
You acknowledge and agree to assume all risks related with your use of or reliance of UGC on the platform. You also acknowledge that you may be exposed to UGC that you may find offensive.
In agreeing to these terms you grant us an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, transferable, royalty-free, license to use the UGC you submitted for any purpose, including to publish, distribute, copy, reproduce, modify edit, adapt, translate, and create derivative work from such UGC, in any format, on any medium and on any channel, known now or created in the future, without further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or any third party. Jobitt may display the UGC you submitted adjacent to or included with advertising, and you are not entitled to any compensation or notice related to from such action.
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all Materials, including the arrangement of them on this Website are Our sole property. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Except as otherwise required or limited by applicable law, any reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission, or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright owner or license. You grant Us a limited, revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use Your trademarks, logo and the content you submitted for the purpose of providing the Services hereunder during the term of the Agreement.
Any submissions by You to Us (e.g., comments, questions, suggestions, materials – collectively, “Feedback”) through any communication whatsoever (e.g., call, fax, email) will be treated as both non-confidential and non-proprietary. You hereby assign all right, title, and interest in, and We are free to use, without any attribution or compensation to You, any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights contained in the Feedback, whether or not patentable, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, having manufactured, licensing, marketing, and selling, directly or indirectly, products and services using such Feedback. You understand and agree that We are not obligated to use, display, reproduce, or distribute any such ideas, know-how, concepts, or techniques contained in the Feedback, and You have no right to compel such use, display, reproduction, or distribution.

A request to remove content due to claimed copyright infringement should provide, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the following information:
JOBITT reserves the right to remove, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, any UGC that is claimed to infringe copyright or is otherwise unauthorized, and to suspend or permanently ban offenders. Requests to remove content shall be sent to the alleged offender. A link to the request may be published in place of removed content.
You agree to refrain from doing, directly or indirectly, the following activities:
JOBITT is a platform for employer to post job openings and for employees to find job opportunities and apply for jobs.
JOBITT is never a side to any relationship between an employer and an employee.
JOBITT does not assume responsibility for any engagements between users that you and any party that you have encountered on our platform, is at your own risk.
JOBITT is not a party or participant in any engagements and/or transactions between employers and employees. Any engagement and/or transaction between you and any other party found on JOBITT, is at your own risk. JOBITT recommends that users conduct due diligence before entering into agreements with counter parties and conduct transactions via well-defined legal contracts.
JOBITT invests considerable efforts to provide accurate information on the platform, but errors may appear for any reason. JOBITT is not responsible for such errors, and users should confirm any info and/or independently evaluate counter parties before entering into transactions.
JOBITT does not guarantee the quality and/or integrity of the employers and employees found on the platform. JOBITT will not be liable for any issues arising between users on the platform, as their relationship is that of a contract between third parties of which JOBITT is not a party of and has no role in. JOBITT does not and will not assume any liabilities, indemnifications, warranties, or any other obligations. By using these services, employers and employees agree that JOBITT will bear no responsibility for any issue related to the use of the services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Jobitt harmless, from and against any and all third party claims, losses, liabilities, demands and damages of any king arising out of or related in any way to: (i) your failure to comply with these terms, including but not limited to, the information you submitted or (ii) your use of the Service or any other activity conducted by you with relation to Jobitt.
This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties, supersedes all prior agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be altered except in a document signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought.
This Agreement may not be assigned by either party, except to a subsidiary or affiliate controlled thereby or under common control therewith, or pursuant to a merger, sale or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of the business to which this agreement relates, without the prior written consent of the other party, and any assignment without the required consent shall be null and void.
No waiver by either party of any provision of this agreement shall constitute a waiver by such party of any other provision of this agreement.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel; any action based on or alleging a breach of this agreement must be brought in the state Israel and the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing contained herein shall in any way be construed to create an agency relationship, joint venture or partnership between the parties hereto. Neither party shall be responsible for any obligations of the other, except as specifically provided herein, and neither party shall have the power to bind or obligate the other in any manner whatsoever except as expressly set forth herein.
Jobitt safety enables companies to pay employees their first paycheck through our platform.
Enrolled companies shall provide Jobitt with the full amount of first salary + 14% commission as well as a copy of the employment agreement or other verifying document.
The payment shall be transferred to the employee upon verification via Time Tracker that the employee has worked for the necessary amount of hours.
In the event of partial completion of work, a proportional partial payment will be transferred to the employee and the remainder will be returned to the employer (commissions will not be refunded).
Jobitt will not be responsible for the quality of the work and will not arbitrate any disagreement between employee and employer.
