  • Recruiters subscribed under the "Free Hiring Fee" tier will have the capability to view and access comprehensive profile details. This includes but is not limited to, the user's first name, last name, associated LinkedIn page, and any other data fields filled out during the registration or subsequent profile updates.

Use of the Resume Creation Service:
  • By using our free resume creation service, the user automatically creates a profile on the platform.
  • Users can deactivate their profile themselves or request its deletion by contacting customer support.
  • User profiles are anonymous by default. Employers can send messages through the platform, but access to the user's contact information is only possible with their consent.
  • The user may choose to create a public profile, allowing employers and recruiters to directly obtain their contact information.
  • All resumes created by the user are stored in the service's database and are accessible via a unique online link.

We use cookies to enhance the user experience on our website. Cookies are small files that are stored on the user's computer by the web browser. These cookies help us to recognize the user's device and preferences, provide personalized content and analyze the website's performance.

This Agreement may not be assigned by either party, except to a subsidiary or affiliate controlled thereby or under common control therewith, or pursuant to a merger, sale or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of the business to which this agreement relates, without the prior written consent of the other party, and any assignment without the required consent shall be null and void.

Welcome to JOBITT! These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to your use of the JOBITT website and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES

You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms and use the Services by these Terms.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the UGC you post to JOBITT. By posting UGC, you grant JOBITT a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable right to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such UGC in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and JOBITT's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

COPYRIGHT

JOBITT will respond to claims of copyright infringement that are correctly submitted according to applicable law to: [email protected].

A request to remove content due to claimed copyright infringement should provide, by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a representative authorized to act on his behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work to which the infringement claim refers.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content or activity and its location.
  • Contact info, including telephone number and email address.

A signed statement that copyright owners believe, in good faith, that their rights were infringed upon, that the information provided in the request is accurate, and in case of submission by a representative, that he is authorized to act on behalf of copyright owners.

JOBITT reserves the right to remove, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, any UGC that is claimed to infringe the copyright or is otherwise unauthorized, and to suspend or permanently ban offenders. Requests to remove content shall be sent to the alleged offender. A link to the request may be published in place of the removed content.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree to refrain from doing, directly or indirectly, the following activities:

Submit to JOBITT or post as UGC any content that is:

Libelous, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, or unlawful, and any information that you do not have the legal, contractual, or fiduciary rights to disclose.

Infringes on copyright, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property rights that limit the sharing of it.

Includes spam or any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising.

Duplicate, license, sublicense, publish, distribute, sell, rebrand, modify, or use in any other unauthorized way, any information obtained from JOBITT, except for your own UGC.

Mirror, frame, or otherwise simulate JOBITT's appearance, features, or content.

Use manual methods or automated software such as "script bots," "crawlers," "spiders," etc. to download, collect, mine, process, access, or index any information on JOBITT, or to decompile, reverse engineer, decipher, or otherwise try to obtain JOBITT's source code.

Receive or provide any payment or compensation for writing, submitting, and/or removing UGC.

Submit reviews on services for which you have a conflict of interest, such as services provided by you, your employer, your direct competitor, etc.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

MODIFICATION

JOBITT reserves the right to update, modify or replace these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. The updated terms shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services after the updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

TERMINATION

These terms shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by you or JOBITT. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing the use of the services. JOBITT may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or suspend access to the services, including deletion of your account and/or any related information, for any reason, including but not limited to, if it believes that you have violated these terms or applicable law.

SURVIVAL

The following provisions shall survive the termination of these terms: COPYRIGHT, PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES, YOUR RISK IN USING THE SERVICES, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, and GENERAL.
