Technical Writer in EPAM Ukraine

We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to join our team of professionals

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge in the field of GOST-34, DSTU 12207, 15288, 3321, RD 50, PKMU 55
• Experience with Agile development methodologies. Ability to use documentation tools such as Confluence
• Proficiency in English at the B1 level

Duties

• Working with state customers and writing documentation for state Information systems/Computer programs/Mobile applications/etc.
• Writing project technical documentation (technical descriptions, technical conditions, etc.)
• Close cooperation with developers, testers and business analysts, collecting and verifying information about product features
• Development and maintenance of the content plan based on the product release schedule
• Checking the instructions (users/administrators/configuration/installation) for the operation of the company's product. Creation of clear and concise documentation, understandable to a wide range of users
• Formation of a set of reporting documentation and its transfer to the customer
• Constantly improve the quality and clarity of existing documentation
• Track and manage documentation updates according to product releases and updates
• Compliance with the rules and regulations in document circulation, such as: GOST-34, DSTU 12207, 15288, 3321, RD 50, PKMU 55
• Bringing the ED set to the reference sample
