Technical Writer in EPAM Ukraine

DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to join our team of professionals.

Duties

• Working with state customers and writing documentation for state Information systems/Computer programs/Mobile applications/etc.
• Writing design technical documentation for the company's products (technical descriptions, technical conditions, etc.)
• Work closely with developers, testers and business analysts to gather and validate information about Product features
• Develop and maintain a content plan based on our Product release schedule
• Checking the instructions (users/administrators/configuration/installation) for operating the company's products. Creation of clear and concise documentation, understandable to a wide range of users
• Formation of a set of reporting documentation for the company's products and its transfer to the customer
• Constantly improve the quality and clarity of existing documentation. Responds to feedback from users and team members to improve documentation
• Track and manage documentation updates according to product releases and updates
• Compliance with the rules and regulations in document circulation, such as: GOST-34, DSTU 12207, 15288, 3321, RD 50, PKMU 55
• Bringing the ED set to the reference sample

Our ideal candidate

• 5+ years of work experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge in the field of GOST-34, DSTU 12207, 15288, 3321, RD 50, PKMU 55
• Experience in the public sector will be an advantage
• Experience with Agile development methodologies. Ability to use documentation tools such as Confluence
• Proficiency in English at the B1 level
• Higher Education
