Senior/Lead Flutter Software Engineer in EPAM Ukraine

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Flutter Software Engineer to join our development team.

What you will do

• Develop Mobile Application using Flutter framework
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile development
• Work independently and use creative mind to come up with new Flutter solutions
• Write unit, widget, golden and integration tests to validate these solutions
• Contribute to optimize processes and the continuous improvement of our product(s)
• Understand what new tools or frameworks, or how changes in the language or new features in the SDK can help improve the product
• Work closely with other Developers, Testers, and the Product Owner

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience as software engineer
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience in native Android/iOS app development
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience in Flutter development
• Proven experience in both mobile development and API integration
• Have proficient experience working with version control (e.g., Git, Bitbucket)
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
• Knowledge and experience on SOLID principles, clean architecture and unit/widget/golden and integration testing
• Profound experience in different screens layouting/supporting
• Knowledge of major state management approaches (BLoC, Provider, etc.)
• Expetience with SQL/NoSQL databases(Hive, Moor etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Motivation to acquire new skills continuously
• Strong problem-solving characteristics
• Clear, concise communication skills
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)

Nice to have

• Ability to organize communication between Flutter code and native platform
• A communicative personality with the ability to motivate and inspire people
• Experience with Flutter for Web/Desktop
• Experience with dart:ffi
