SENIOR SYSTEM / PRODUCT ANALYST in FOP Lavriv O.I.

Job responsibilities:

● Collection, analysis, formalization and approval of requirements for the software product.

● Conducting interviews and working meetings with users and others

stakeholders.

● Analysis of current processes and formulation of proposals for their improvement.

● Description of user scenarios, business processes, and system logic.

● Preparation of functional and non-functional requirements.

● Decomposition of product initiatives into understandable tasks for the development team.

● Formation of acceptance criteria and participation in the verification of the implemented

functionality.

● Maintaining and updating product and system documentation.

● Participation in the formation and prioritization of the backlog.

● Identifying inconsistencies, risks, and missed scenarios in requirements.

● Coordination of solutions between product and technical teams.

● Collecting feedback and participating in further product development.

Candidate requirements: ● At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Business Analyst, or in a similar position.

● Hands-on experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements.

● Experience working with complex software or integration products.

● Ability to conduct interviews, workshops and presentations.

● Experience in describing business processes and user scenarios.

● Practical skills in working with BPMN and UML.

● Understanding the principles of API, databases and system integrations.

● Experience writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria and technical

tasks.

● Understanding the software development life cycle.

● Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools.

● Ability to structure large amounts of information.

● Systematic, analytical and critical thinking.

● Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture of the product.

● Developed communication and facilitation skills.

● Independence, responsibility and result orientation.

● Higher technical, economic or management education will be an advantage.
