Job responsibilities:
● Design and development of architecture of complex software systems.
● Analysis of existing technical solutions and identification of areas for their improvement.
● Formation of architectural requirements, principles and development standards.
● Selection of technologies, architectural approaches and ways of integrating components.
● Ensuring scalability, performance, reliability and security of the system.
● Conducting technical research and testing architectural hypotheses.
● Preparation and maintenance of architectural and technical documentation.
● Conducting architectural reviews and monitoring implementation compliance with accepted
decision.
● Assessing technical risks and finding ways to minimize them.
● Participation in the formation of the product's technical roadmap.
● Interact with the product team, developers, QA and other technical
specialists.
● Providing technical expertise during planning of new functionality.
Candidate Requirements: ● 4+ years of experience in software development.● Experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, Software Architect or Tech
Lead.
● Practical experience in designing and running complex software systems.
● Deep understanding of the principles of building distributed and integrated systems.
● Knowledge of basic architectural styles, patterns, and design principles.
● Experience in designing APIs and interactions between software components.
● Understanding the principles of scalability, fault tolerance, performance, and
information security.
● Experience with databases, server infrastructure and modern
deployment means.
● Skills in preparing architectural and technical documentation.
● Ability to assess technical risks and justify decisions made.
● Ability to work with incomplete or changing requirements.
● Systemic and critical thinking.
● Responsibility, independence and result orientation.
● Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional
teams.
● Higher technical education will be an advantage.
