Senior Go Engineer in EPAM Ukraine

DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Senior Go Engineer to join our team of professionals.

Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant degree
• Advanced experience with Go
• In-depth experience in developing REST services
• Experience with monitoring systems
• Experience in using SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of programming best practices and design patterns
• Experience using systems and tools to automate the deployment, scaling and management of containerized applications for deployment of production services
• Good understanding of algorithmic complexity, data structures, and multithreading concepts
• Strong interest in benchmarking and optimization
• Strong teamwork skills with a problem-solving orientation and an interest in personal development
• The level of spoken and written English is above average (B2+)

Duties

• Write clean, simple, maintainable and testable code
• Design, implement and maintain cloud services and APIs
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging applications
• Follow new technologies and frameworks

Will be an advantage

• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services
• Experience with programming languages other than Go
• Participation in open source projects
