Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation of documents for obtaining work visas to Europe, the Middle East and Africa - initial submission of applications, extension of visas, maintenance of status
  • Solve logistical issues in the process of relocating employees and their families
  • To act as the main contact for managers, recruiters, human resources and employees in the relocation process
  • Provide informational and case-specific assistance under service level agreements
  • Track and record the status of relocation processes, report problems / obstacles and actions / solutions on a regular basis
  • Report gaps in the process and actively address them; report opportunities to optimize / improve existing processes
  • Identify and solve problems related to the registration of employees, as well as make sure that the relocation process goes smoothly
  • Report on relocation processes, provide feedback from stakeholders and provide management with statistics
  • Perform tasks on time with the help of colleagues or independently

Our ideal candidate

  • Experience of at least 1 year, preferably (but not required) in the field of Global Mobility, HR, Tourism or HR
  • Ability to follow established processes and contribute to their improvement when necessary
  • Ability to negotiate and solve problems effectively

  • Excellent organizational skills and planning skills
