Senior Global Mobility Specialist in EPAM Ukraine

DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for specialists in the Global Mobility team, which relocates the company's employees and their families to other countries around the world. In the context of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Global Mobility team receives a large number of relocation requests. Working in this team will help EPAM staff move to other countries, to safer places, and find opportunities to support their families again. We are currently considering candidates who are in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil, Uzhhorod or Chernivtsi.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of documents for obtaining work visas to Europe, the Middle East and Africa - initial submission of applications, extension of visas, maintenance of status
• Solve logistical issues in the process of relocating employees and their families
• To act as the main contact for managers, recruiters, human resources and employees in the relocation process
• Provide informational and case-specific assistance under service level agreements
• Track and record the status of relocation processes, report problems / obstacles and actions / solutions on a regular basis
• Report gaps in the process and actively address them; report opportunities to optimize / improve existing processes
• Identify and solve problems related to the registration of employees, as well as make sure that the relocation process goes smoothly
• Participate in the training of less experienced team members and help them achieve team goals
• Report on relocation processes, provide feedback from stakeholders and provide management with statistics
• Perform tasks on time with the help of colleagues or independently

Our ideal candidate

• Experience of more than 2 years is desirable (but not required) in the field of Global Mobility, HR, Tourism or human resources
• Ability to follow established processes and contribute to their improvement when necessary
• Ability to negotiate and solve problems effectively
• Ability to learn quickly
• Multitasking and initiative
• Excellent organizational skills and planning skills
• Stress resistance and the desire to work in a flexible schedule
• Proactivity in performing tasks and optimizing the workflow
• Ability to work successfully with a stakeholder to achieve results
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer orientation and ability to use the principles of service quality in practice
• Computer literacy (Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams)
• Proficiency in written and oral English at level B2 or higher (Upper-Intermediate)
• Will be an advantage: knowledge of German, Spanish or French
• Diploma of higher education
