Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce) in EPAM Ukraine

Our client on this project is a French multinational industrial gases company that also provides services to various industries including the medical, chemical and electronics industries.

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce experience (Service Cloud / Health Cloud / Sales Cloud / Field Service). The candidate will be the key point of contact for the deployment of a project built on the Salesforce platform to new countries and will assume Business Analytics responsibilities throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce.com platform experience
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Knowledge of Jira, LucidCharts, Visio, MS Office Suite
• Experience in implementing projects using Agile methodologies
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level and above (B2+)

Duties

• Plan and conduct requirements definition workshops, collect requirements and obtain their approval
• Guide clients on prioritizing their requirements
• Define AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to map Salesforce functionality requirements and ensure proposed design meets customer requirements
• Present demo versions of functionality to clients
• Collaborate with our QA team by reviewing test scenarios and test results to ensure that the solution meets the requirements
• Maintain contact with customers through UAT
• Sort errors and monitor scope of work, perform Root Cause Analysis and propose bug fixes
• Support the project after launch
• Act as a mentor

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst
• Experience with CPQ and Vlocity
• Previous experience in consulting
