Senior ABAP Engineer in EPAM Ukraine

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior ABAP Engineer who is ready to join our team and implement innovative solutions in the field of ABAP development.

Skills

• Agile (Scrum) development experience with expert understanding of application and software architecture
• Advanced ABAP programming skills including ABAP OO and design patterns
• ABAP development experience for SAP S/4HANA (CDS, Fiori elements/SmartTemplates, etc.), SAP NetWeaver Gateway and OData services
• Experience using BOPF, BOL and other ABAP frameworks
• Good understanding of ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP Performance Tuning, performance analysis tools and techniques
• Basic understanding of SAP systems functionality with good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional areas
• Ability to work both independently and in an international team
• Knowledge of written and spoken English at the Intermediate level and above (B1+)

Duties

• Analyze and clarify business requirements
• Perform simulation, design, implementation and testing based on software simulation and SAP processes
• Collaborate with other development teams and product management professionals
• Participate in the Agile (Scrum) development process as part of the Agile (Scrum) development team
• Ensure high quality of work — create and execute test cases, conduct code reviews
• Support and improve the project implementation process

Will be an advantage

• Knowledge of SAPUI5, SAP HANA Platform, SAP Cloud Platform and ABAP PaaS development techniques (Side-by-Side Extensibility, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAP Cloud SDK, RESTful ABAP)
