Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect in EPAM Ukraine

We are seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design suitable solutions
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the implementation
• Implement best practices and guidelines for Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and customization
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
• Collaborate with other architects and engineers to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates
• Contribute to the overall success of the Marketing Platform Modernization Program

Requirements

• Ready to shift working hours to 8-10 am pacific time to overlap with client team
• Solid experience in architecting and designing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English with a minimum B2 level
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Willingness to participate in project interviews
