Project Coordinator/Learning and Development Specialist in EPAM Ukraine

The Global Academic Programs (GAP) department is looking for a project coordinator with academic experience for long-term cooperation. A professional with experience working in educational projects, who has people management and effective business communication skills, knows how to build effective teams, quickly recruit, execute tasks and build excellent relationships with teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of operations and manage the execution of the project workflow.

Skills

• 2+ years of work experience in a similar position
• Fluency in English (C1 level is mandatory)
• Fluency in Ukrainian (C1 level is mandatory)
• Location - Ukraine
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage educational programs for the EpamMasters team - https://epammasters.com/masters-program - a program for senior software engineers studying at EPAM and in a master's program at the university and obtaining a master's degree
• Collaborate with internal education teams to develop the best education solutions
• Plan, organize and conduct activities between different team members to achieve common goals
• Coordinate the work of different teams (marketing, student support, etc.)
• Organization of master classes, webinars
• Workload planning and SME involvement
• Communication with external stakeholders/clients
