Product Owner in EPAM Ukraine

DESCRIPTION

This vacancy is related to EPAM's marketing portfolio, which includes internal and external communication products, as well as products to simplify the document flow in the company. There are currently 10 products in the portfolio and growing.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner for the product, who is the first point of contact for everyone who joins EPAM, as well as for all employees who undergo regular mandatory training.

Skills

• 2+ years of experience as an Associate Product Manager
• Experience with product launch or key product features
• Previous experience and successful work with agile development teams
• Excellent communication skills required to translate business requirements into technical terms
• Knowledge of the B2B segment
• Experience with document management systems
• Knowledge of written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level and above (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Communication with stakeholders to obtain requirements and tasks
• Making decisions and setting priorities
• Creation of product strategy and design
• Market research
• Cooperation with the delivery team
