Responsibilities
Creating and implementing a marketing performance strategy
Development and management of digital search and remarketing campaigns
Search performance management through PPC and SEO in web / mobile applications
Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to achieve high return on investment (ROI) and effective cost of customer engagement (CAC).
Ensuring successful planning, implementation, optimization and improvement of traffic through paid, organic and other media channels.
Increasing brand awareness through targeted media campaigns and social media campaigns
Identification and testing of new channels to achieve or exceed the main set indicators.
Optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages based on real-time performance and ROI
Building marketing automation processes within the company in order to maximize the efforts of the department.
Ensuring the conversion of potential customers into consumers through well-designed campaigns and close partnerships with the sales department.
Analysis of the results and effectiveness of all channels as a whole and separately, to provide information on the impact of media performance on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with management to share ideas, provide feedback and present the results of improving conversion rates.
Observing the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, business administration, information technology or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar position, as well as experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, email marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
Ability to launch and optimize SEM, SEO, PPC, as well as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads and Dribbble Ads.
Ability and experience to analyze campaigns and channels, including experience with Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical skills and skills in using data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to form recommendations.
Focus on goals and excellent communication skills.
Openness, curiosity, focus on problem solving.
English Upper-intermediate level and above.
