Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and integration of the generative AI and large learning models development platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define models based on use cases and prioritize minimum viable product (MVP) development
- Assess the technical and economic feasibility of the MVP and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for Python development
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment
Requirements
- Proficient in Python with a strong core understanding of the language
- Experience working with large language models and Python for data analytics
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and managing a team of developers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to assess technical and economic feasibility of projects
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
