Lead MS Dynamics 365 Engineer in EPAM Ukraine

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE
• Knowledge of workflows and Power Automate
• High level of C# skills (knowledge of ASP.NET + Web API + MVC)
• Knowledge of JavaScript and plugin implementations for Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Sales and Service modules
• Knowledge of Azure Functions
• Knowledge of integration (REST, message broker)
• Perfect command of the English language is a must, knowledge of the German language is a big plus
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Duties

• Development of email queues in Outlook / shared mailbox for small teams
• Development of basic functions of the electronic inbox - distribution of messages between relevant queues / team members based on defined attributes and service levels
• Manage queues within Dynamics, including forms, lists, and more
• Email templates and content management capabilities for templates, including versioning
• Integration with Secure Message Center and MS Exchange, the method will be defined during the design of the Microsoft portal capabilities for message delivery (eg web service, Boomi, etc.)
