Lead JavaScript Software Engineer (React) in EPAM Ukraine

We are looking for a Lead JavaScript Software Engineer to strengthen our team of professionals.

Skills

• English language level: Upper-Intermediate
• Ability to work remotely and as part of a distributed team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Duties

• Managing the ReactJS engineering team
• Development of high-quality, scalable and maintainable web applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and quality teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Planning, evaluation and prioritization of projects
• Mentoring of team members to ensure their professional growth
