Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B - CloudCraze) in EPAM Ukraine

Skills

• 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst/business analyst team leader and working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge of Jira, LucidCharts, Visio, MS Office Suite
• Experience in implementing projects using Agile methodologies
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to present business analysis methods and templates that will be used in the project
• Ability to lead by example, motivate, inspire and convince others. Possessing emotional intelligence. Ability to provide effective and valuable feedback. The ability to effectively resolve conflicts and determine one's own leadership style
• Knowledge of written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level and above (B2+)

Duties

• Plan and conduct requirements definition workshops, collect requirements and obtain their approval
• Guide clients on prioritizing their requirements
• Analyze the Salesforce Commerce Cloud system and its integration with other systems. Identify areas for improvement, develop system configuration that meets business goals
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to map Salesforce functionality requirements and ensure proposed design meets customer requirements
• Choose the appropriate approach for large projects, when it is necessary to coordinate several work streams. Adapt approach when strategy, funding, risks or organizational direction change significantly
• Advise and form the right team of business analysts for a specific activity. Choose an approach to business analysis taking into account the methodology/life cycle/type of the project
• Establish metrics and measurements to track, evaluate and report on the quality of the business analyst's work
