Language Trainer (English) in EPAM Ukraine

We are looking for an experienced Language Trainer (English) to make our team even stronger.

For this position, we are ready to consider candidates locally in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality domain-oriented English language training (including soft skills, business communications, and inter-cultural components
• Deliver one-time classes: Conversation Clubs, Grammar labs, Video labs, etc.)
• Teach 21 hours per week (1 hour is 60 min)
• Conduct and mark standardized internal English speaking and writing tests
• Help with translation/proofreading of texts (occasional)

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in teaching English to adult students
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in TESOL, English or Applied Linguistics
• Advanced English level, both spoken and written (C2)
• CELTA certificate in language teaching is a must
• Experience in teaching groups of adult students online (using Zoom)
• Experience in teaching Business Communication
• Microsoft office (Power Point, Word, and Outlook – confident user)
• Ability to work distantly, independently and good team spirit

Nice to have

• DELTA or DipTESOL
• Experience in standardized English language assessment using the CEFR scales
• Experience in training material design
• Working background in the IT field
