Currently, we are looking for a Junior SAP Consultant for a German CRM project with support and development.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-going SAP functional and technical support, incident troubleshooting and resolution
- Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care
- Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer’s needs, gather and document requirements
- Customize and upgrade the existing solution following the business requirements (Change requests)
- Perform integration and regression testing of new processed and developments
Requirements
- Experience in SAP (any of modules)/CRM
- Desire to learn
- Proactivity
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B1+)
