Main tasks:

• Planning, scheduling, and managing engineering projects.
• Development and implementation of new technical solutions.
• Coordination of the engineering department and support of the team in achieving set goals.
• Creation of technical drawings, 3D models and diagrams for production.
• Analysis of technical capabilities and product requirements.
• Participation in technical research, development and testing of new products.
• Interaction with the production department and other divisions of the company to implement projects.
• Control of technical solutions at the stages of development and preparation for production.

What we expect:

• Higher technical education.
• Work experience in a similar position of at least 2 years.
• Proficient in CAD systems, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar.
• Knowledge of modern technologies and principles of mechanical engineering.
• Understanding the processes of design development and preparation of documentation for production.
• Experience in coordinating the work of an engineering/design team.
• Responsibility, systematicity and the ability to make technical decisions independently.
• Developed communication and management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with related departments.
