Work time accounting specialist (labor economist) in Everstar

One from ours of key customers specializes in the development and production of unmanned vehicles and related equipment.

The company has established and scaled its own production of two types of UAVs.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar position (personnel department, timesheets, etc.) from 2 years;
• Experience of working in a production to the enterprise;
• Experience of working with a PC, 1C and Excel at the level of a confident user;
• Attention, responsibility.?

Main duties:

• Preparation and design of working time schedules based on data from department heads;
• Analysis of employee output and making changes to schedules;
• Keeping records of actually worked time, sick leave, vacation;
• Calculation and control of premiums, surcharges, allowances;
• Control over the correctness of applications for vacation;
• Interaction with financial and production departments to ensure correct work between departments.
