Your area of responsibility will include:
Working with resume databases, planning and conducting pre-screening interviews, providing feedback to candidates who did not make the Short List
li>Formation of Long and Short Lists of candidates during the processes of closing various vacancies
Posting of vacancies on external platforms for job search (robota.ua, etc.)
Supporting talent search specialist with administrative tasks: help in preparing the description positions, scheduling interviews, sending tests to candidates, etc.
Recruiting reporting - tracking key KPIs
Experience, skills and abilities required:
Higher education (preferably in the field of sociology, personnel management, psychology or related fields) or a final year student.
Experience of 1 year in a company or recruiting agency will be an advantage
Fundamentals of candidate search techniques, models, and channels
Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel
English - basic or intermediate level
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive approach and result-oriented
Attention to detail
