  • Posting of vacancies on external platforms for job search (robota.ua, etc.)

  • Supporting talent search specialist with administrative tasks: help in preparing the description positions, scheduling interviews, sending tests to candidates, etc.

  • Recruiting reporting - tracking key KPIs

Experience, skills and abilities required:

  • Higher education (preferably in the field of sociology, personnel management, psychology or related fields) or a final year student.

  • Experience of 1 year in a company or recruiting agency will be an advantage 

  • Fundamentals of candidate search techniques, models, and channels

  • Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel

  • English - basic or intermediate level

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Positive approach and result-oriented

  • Attention to detail
