Main criteria:

• Excellent communication skills, tact in communication;

Proficient command of Ukrainian and English (at least B1 level); 

• Empathy; caring for people as one's own value, positive outlook (this is important); 

• Skills: self-organization, ability to plan, quick switching, ability to act in stressful situations. High ability to learn and multitask; 

• Advanced PC user: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Zoom, Google documents and applications; 

• Experience in CRM systems will be an advantage;

• Absence of bad habits (for example, smoking);

• Higher psychological education will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Be a guide between clients and psychologists in the "Service psychological support of employees". 

• Working with incoming/outgoing messages and calls tofrom users of the Service; 

• Organizational support of clients and experts;

• Empathy buddy role. Active listener

• Planning and organizing online consultations of clients with psychologists in the CRM system; 

• Control of payments for consultations; 

These additional tasks may include extended project support or involvement in special initiatives.
