Web Designer in Mr. Glazier

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the visual layout of websites, ensuring user-friendly functionality, and translating brand aesthetics into compelling and functional online experiences. 

ABOUT US

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing Web Pages:

   - Create visually appealing web pages, ensuring a mobile-responsive and user-friendly design.

   - Implement and adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and design standards.

2. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:

   - Develop and optimize user interfaces for maximum usability and user experience.

   - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance design solutions.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

   - Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

   - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into innovative design solutions.

4. Testing and Optimization:

   - Test website design and functionality across various browsers and devices.

   - Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

5. Keeping Updated:

   - Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

  - Continuously seek and recommend new ideas for improving site aesthetics and usability.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in web design.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

• Proven ability to create responsive and visually appealing designs for web applications.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and demonstrating a keen eye for detail and creativity.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.

• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
