We are looking for an experienced Web & Branding Designer to join join our Partner’s remote team.
Our Partner - a strategic web design and branding agency, primarily working with clients from US, Canada and Australia, and EU.
Their client base is quite diverse - they work with enterprises, agencies and startups. They are best known for their emphasis on quality, functionality and attention to detail. Currently we're looking for a web & branding designer to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:
For every new project, the process usually looks like this:
1. The Project Manager contacts you about the new project. You review the documentation and/or discuss the project with owners, project manager, art director, spend some time estimating and then provide an estimate in the form of X hrs of effort.
2. The Project Manager creates a proposal & presents it to the client. If the project is awarded, we move on with the design.
3. Once the project is approved, you work on the design in sync with the Project Manager and Art Director. You work on the design in sync with the team, fitting in the deadlines agreed with the Project Manager and delivering results for review every 1-3 days.
4. On most projects you will be working with one of our founders, along with a team of designers, developers, SEO experts and end client team (Founders, C-level execs, Senior Marketing and Product VPs or Project Managers).
You will be responsible for design quality, working within our design standards and developer handoff.
Our team is based in the EU and US, with people located in the US, Poland, Denmark, Ireland and Ukraine. The majority are Ukrainians.
