What is he, our future colleague:
- Has knowledge and experience with Google Looker Studio/PowerBI, Google Analytics, GTM, Adjust/AppsFlyer/Firebase, Hotjar;
- Has practical skills in working with SQL;
- Works perfectly with table editors (Google Sheets, Excel);
- Understands basic metrics and principles: ROI, ROAS, ROMI, LTV;
- Able to analyze large volumes of data and create simple and clear automated dashboards for their visualization;
- Orients in the behavioral scenarios of users on websites and in mobile applications, and also knows optimization strategies to increase conversion;
- Has experience in assessing the return on engagement channels, analyzing the popularity of product features and finding opportunities for monetization;
- Worked in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Creation of analytical reporting in Google Looker Studio/PowerBI;
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports based on data from DWH (Google BigQuery);
- Performing data analysis to develop product improvement recommendations (cohort analysis, personalization, behavioral cohorting, forecasting, impact analysis);
- Preparation of presentations with conclusions and recommendations, visualization of quantitative information;
- Automation of reports to monitor key indicators and handle recurring requests;
- Participation in end-to-end analytical projects: planning, development, implementation;
- Analysis of site/application/landing usage patterns to identify problem areas and find opportunities for improvement;
- Starting and analyzing A/B tests, supporting project manager hypotheses;
- Construction and analysis of user navigation maps (on the website and in applications).
Will be a plus:
- LTV, ROAS calculation and marketing funnel analysis skills;
- Experience with core Python libraries for data processing;
- Experience with predictive models to analyze user behavior and evaluate key metrics;
- Knowledge in statistics and probability theory, including data analysis and hypothesis testing.
