We are looking for a Middle Risk Manager who will strengthen our team and help us analyze and classify company risks, as well as develop and implement ways to manage them minimization.
What is he like, our future colleague:
- 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry, of which 1+ years in a similar position;
- Deep understanding of the main products: casino, sportsbook, poker;
- Knowledge of risk management methods and tools;
- Attention to details and the ability to work with large amounts of information;
- High level of analytical thinking and speed in decision-making;
- Understanding the value of online games (slots) and knowledge of the basic rules of Live and Skill Games;
- Knowledge of the principles of bets, mechanisms of work of bookmakers, sports markets and the formation of coefficients.
Your daily tasks will be:
- Constant monitoring of all critical services and programs on which the work process of the risk department depends;
- Monitoring of game processes in online mode;
- Analysis of the entire gaming history of customers;
- Carrying out measures to identify and limit the activities of negative players;
- Processing of generated alerts;
- Control of the fulfillment of the conditions of promotions and bonuses offered to customers;
- Interaction with other departments of the company on work issues.
