We are looking for an HR manager in ZhTD, KP

We are looking for an HR manager who will take over work with personnel.  This position is required for building a structured HR system, high-quality recruitment of employees and support for stable team work.

Duties:

• Organizing recruitment in accordance with the needs of the company, conducting interviews and supporting candidates;

• Adaptation of new employees, support of internal communications and corporate culture;

• Interaction with department heads regarding personnel and work issues.

Working conditions:

• Salary from UAH 40,000 + bonuses

• Standard work schedule without overloads Mon-Fri 9:00-19:00;

• Working in a stable company with clear tasks;

• Opportunity to independently build HR processes and influence team development.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR or recruiting will be an advantage;

• Attention to people and details, responsibility and confidentiality;

• Confident use of PC and office programs (Exel, Word)
