International Recruiter (iGaming) in Orange Hunters

About the Client:

Our Client is an international marketing agency collaborating with well-known global iGaming brands. The company works on international projects, combining a strategic approach, data-driven insights, and deep expertise in local markets.

Requirements:

— At least 6 months of commercial experience as a Recruiter (iGaming);
— Proven experience in international hiring;
— Hands-on experience closing marketing roles of various seniority levels;
— Strong command of modern sourcing methodologies and tools (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.);
— Analytical mindset with the ability to process and structure large volumes of information;
— Flexibility and adaptability to change;
— Systematic approach, independence, and result orientation;
— English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for both written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities:

— Managing the full recruitment cycle: from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer support;
— Maintaining and updating the candidate database in the ATS;
— Identifying and implementing new sourcing channels and recruitment solutions;
— Collaborating with clients at all stages of the recruitment process;
— Handling objections from candidates and clients while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
