We are looking for a Recruiter / HR freelancer for the team of the Internet provider SINET (sinet.ua) in SINET ISP, OOO

SINET is a modern Internet provider that continues to develop and expand its activities. We are currently building a strong team of managers and technical specialists, so we are looking for an experienced recruiter for remote cooperation.

Work format: Remote, part-time / free schedule. Payment: Success fee (payment for each successfully hired candidate who passed the probationary period) and the rate upon passing the probationary period. The size of the remuneration is discussed individually depending on the level of the vacancy.

 Your main task:

Quick and high-quality search for candidates for technical, line and managerial (C-level) positions.

Vacancies with the highest priority (required already now):

• Chief Engineer

• Technical Director (CTO)

• Senior Operator

Other job vacancies:

• General director (CEO)

• Support service operators

• Internet network installers

What will need to be done:

• Independently form the profile of the ideal candidate together with the customer (owner/management).

• Use various search channels (Job sites, LinkedIn, profile communities, Telegram channels, networking).

• Conduct primary screening of candidates (assessment of adequacy, motivation, compliance with basic requirements).

• Organize interviews of selected candidates with management companies.

• Accompany the candidate until the moment of starting work.

You are suitable for us if:

• You have successful experience in recruiting (experience in the field of Telecommunications or IT will be a huge plus).

• You know where and how not only to search line personnel (installers, operators), but also top management (CEO, Technical Director).

• Able to work autonomously, without micromanagement, and focus exclusively on results.

• Have excellent communication skills.
