SF "Strength for the Strong" is a charitable foundation that supports families of prisoners of war, missing persons, fallen Heroes and defenders who have returned from captivity.
We are looking foruniversal content specialist who:
- well-versed in modern content, trends and formats;
- creates content for people, not for formal reporting;
- ready to work with sensitive topics responsibly and empathetically;
- is able to organize the work of the content team and delegate tasks;
- ready for flexible work and involvement in important foundation events.
This role requires independence, initiative and readiness to pick up operational content (events, important news, exchanges, urgent updates).
Main tasks
- creation and planning content for the fund's social networks;
- development and maintenance of a content plan;
- preparation of texts for posts, stories and other formats;
- participation in the creation of photo and video content;
- adaptation of content for different platforms;
- participation in the preparation of materials for events and information campaigns;
- task coordination within the content team.
Mandatory competencies (Must Have)
Content and creativity
- understanding of current trends in social networks;
- "observation" and the ability to adapt trends to sensitive social topics;
- storytelling skills (stories, cases, human experience);
- ability to write vibrant, understandable texts;
- proactivity in content planning.
Visual and production
- basic photo processing skills (Lightroom or similar);
- video editing and processing (CapCut, VN or similar);
- creating simple designs for social networks (Canva, Figma, Adobe or similar);
- understanding of different content formats for platforms.
Social networks
Basic understanding of platform specifics:
It is important to be able to adapt one message to different channels.
Analytics (basic level)
- understanding of the main indicators of social networks;
- ability to work with basic analytics;
- ability to draw conclusions based on content results.
Additional requirements
- experience of independent video shooting (including yourself);
- willingness to sometimes work with operational content (in the evening or on weekends - by prior agreement);
- experience of working in a team;
- responsibility in working with deadlines.

- ability to work with sensitive information;
- desire to develop in the field of SMM;
- internal motivation to work on the topic of supporting military families.
Working conditions:
- Volunteer position at the start;
- Employment: 11-20 hours per week;
- Possibility of transfer to the fund staff after 2 months cooperation;
- Flexible schedule, remote work format.
