- Organization of receipt, storage and issuance of goods and documents;
- Accounting of material assets available in the warehouse and preparation of reporting documentation on their movement;
- Training of forklift drivers, control of their work and compliance with security requirements labor;
- Organization of training of personnel performing any work in the warehouse, monitoring their work and compliance with norms, methods and methods of safe work performance.
- Ensuring compliance with the rules of registration and submission of income and expenditure documents, making established reporting.
- Control of the availability and timely ordering of PPE, consumables and special clothing;
- Analysis of the performance of work, identification of shortcomings and opportunities for improvement;
- Determination of malfunctions in the operation of forklifts, their mechanisms and involvement of service organizations to eliminate these malfunctions.
Requirements for candidates:
- Full higher professional education;
- Work experience of 3 years or more (warehousing logistics, production);
- A confident user of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of regulatory acts and OP requirements when carrying out loading and unloading operations;
- Experience and practical skills when working on an electronic forklift (will be an advantage);
- High level of analytical, organizational and communal skillsicative skills.
