If our values align with yours, we encourage you to submit your application! We are currently seeking a Remote Medical Care Agent for a medical clinic in New York. This is a fully remote, full-time position.

Please note that candidates will be required to complete training with the manager. The training (1 week) includes medical information, such as details about doctors, insurance, clinic specialization, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls to the patients of the clinic (12-15 per shift)

  • Do follow up on patient health by asking standard questions

  • Enter answers to the question into the system

  • Responding to patients' questions

  • Build a positive/trusting relationship with patients

  • Manage the follow-up schedule depending on the load of work

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Russian

  • Previous experience in the medical field and medical education

  • Excellent telephone communication skills

  • High level of customer service expertise

  • Ability to manage difficult customers effectively

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Working hours 

  • The working hours are from 9am to 5pm New York time, totaling 40 hours per week

Compensation:

  • This role provides a competitive monthly salary, including compensation during the training time. We are offering a rate of $4 per hour during training and $7 per hour thereafter.
