1. Collection and analysis of information on volunteer activities carried out by regional and local organizations (volunteer activity registration logs, individual volunteer information, volunteer databases, etc.).
2. Participation in the organization's needs assessment (in particular, regional volunteers), planning of the organization's activities and its regular (quarterly, half-yearly, annual) analysis.
3. Monthly planning of your tasks and assessment of the completion of the tasks of the previous month.
4. Organization of work in Microsoft 365 (daily planning, monitoring of tasks, reporting).
5. Support in the organization and implementation of activities for the development of volunteering in the TCHHU at the regional and local levels.
6. Support in the organization of procurement procedures necessary for the organization and implementation of activities for the development of volunteerism.
7.Participation in the creation of informational materials covering volunteering development activities in the organization, maintaining social networks.
8. Organization and implementation of systems for recruitment, support, training and motivation of volunteers, monitoring of their well-being and/or support of OO/MO employees in these processes.
9. Organization of systematic volunteer meetings and their facilitation as needed.
10. Support in the organization of the development of the volunteer movement, management of working groups within the framework of the development of volunteerism in the organization.
11. Introduction of new tools in work with volunteers.
12. Conducting business correspondence in the team, with other organizations of the TCHHU, partners related to the development of the volunteer movement.
13. Coordination of volunteer development and support of local specialists.
14. Conducting sessions on Volunteer Management in the field.
15. Organization of elections of volunteer leaders at the OO level, development and support of OO and MO volunteer leaders.
16. Collection of information, formation and transmission of monthly, quarterly, annual, general and final reports on the implementation of projects to the Department of Organizational Development of the NC TCHHU.
17. Participation in the organization of orientation and training of volunteers in the above areas: briefings, introductory volunteer course, specialized trainings, trainings on organizational and personal development, other necessary training as needed.
