We invite a PROJECT MANAGER from technical lighting

We offer:

• Work schedule: from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 \ Saturday and Sunday - days off);

Main responsibilities:

• Building the sales and production department of LED lighting "from scratch", including the development of business processes, motivation systems;
• Management of the sales department, production;
• Training of employees;
• Analysis of competitors' activities on the market;
• Organization of finding new customers and their attraction;
• Monitoring and market research; training your employees.
• Planning and conducting negotiations with clients

Our candidate:

• With experience as a sales manager;
• With experience in LED sales lighting;
• Knowledge of the lighting technology market, industrial \ technical lighting;
• Responsible, purposeful, decent, technically literate candidate.
