The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We needVoIP Project manager, who will be responsible for conducting negotiations with providers, implementing new solutions and strategies to improve telephony performance.

Your tasks > to ensure high call rates to customers due to optimization of interaction with providers of VoIP telephony services and optimization of settings of call algorithms, work center; span>
> search for new service providers (including providers with other communication channels, such as WhatsApp);
> to ensure quick response to force majeure situations (loss of call, deterioration of calls);
> analyze data in order to formulate hypotheses that will lead to improvement call due to changing the algorithms and settings of the work center (for example, the intensity of attempts to call the client, reduce or increase, choose a different schedule, frequency, etc.).
> excellent negotiation skills;
> effective oral and written communication skills with various types of aaudience;
> work experience in the field of telephony and understanding of the principles of its operation;< /span>
> ability to quickly adapt to changes and make informed decisions;< /p>
> ability to analyze data, identify problems and find optimal solutions for solving them.< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">
