The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents.  We needVoIP Project manager, who will be responsible for conducting negotiations with providers, implementing new solutions and strategies to improve telephony performance.

Your tasks > to ensure high call rates to customers due to optimization of interaction with providers of VoIP telephony services and optimization of settings of call algorithms, work center;

> search for new service providers (including providers with other communication channels, such as WhatsApp);

> to ensure quick response to force majeure situations (loss of call, deterioration of calls);

> analyze data in order to formulate hypotheses that will lead to improvement call due to changing the algorithms and settings of the work center (for example, the intensity of attempts to call the client, reduce or increase, choose a different schedule, frequency, etc.).

From you we expect:

 > excellent negotiation skills;

 > skills of effective oral and written communication with different types of audiences;

 > work experience in the field of telephony and understanding of the principles of its operation;

 > ability to quickly adapt to changes and make informed decisions;

ability to analyze data and find optimal solutions for them.
