The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We needVoIP Administrator with knowledge of IP telephony, which will ensure the smooth operation of our call centers.
From you we expect:
experience of working in a similar position from 6 months;
experience of working with Linux from 6 months;
experience with IP telephony and relevant technologies (Asterisk, FreePBX, VoipTime - will be a plus);
knowledge of communication system technologies and standards, network protocols communications (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SIP, etc.);
ability to work with communication channel protection systems;
experience in working with IVR, ACD, integration with CRM;
experience in setting up automated and robotic outbound campaigns;
It will be a plus:
secondary specialized or higher technical education (telecommunications, radio engineering, information technology).
