Our employee in this position:

• Accepts and processes applications from MHP enterprises (including foreign assets of the holding) for the purchase of equipment, in accordance with the established regulations and procedures of the holding
• Organizes effective tender procedures in the electronic bidding system to achieve the highest possible savings when purchasing equipment
• Conducts negotiations with suppliers regarding equipment purchases, improvement of cooperation conditions, establishment of partnership relations with suppliers, implementation of partnership cases
• Responsible for preparation of the technical component of the contract/specification, control of the execution of contracts/specifications, additional agreements
• Responsible for providing information (consulting) to internal customers regarding the cost of equipment when planning budgets

• Knowledge of the English language at the Upperintermediate level
• Experience in purchasing equipment (including abroad)
• Knowledge of 1 C, SAP Ariba < /li>
• Knowledge of the current legislation regulating the foreign economic activity of Ukraine and the Incoterms 2020 rules
• Basic knowledge of the peculiarities of currency regulation of foreign economic activity, the order of calculations in foreign currency and ?documentation for customs clearance of cargo
