communicate with internal customers and contractors;
configure, maintain and modernize corporate IP telephony;
monitor call processing indicators for prompt intervention in routes, change of provider, setting of outgoing dialing, etc.;

find local providers for making outgoing calls around the world;
connect and configure integration with contractors to ensure initial activity through discrete communication channels (including via WhatsApp).
experience in a similar position; experience with Linux; experience with IP telephony and related technologies (Asterisk, FreePBX, VoipTime - will plus); knowledge of communication system technologies and standards, network communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SIP, etc.); ability to work with communication channel protection systems; experience with IVR, ACD, integration with CRM; experience with setting up automated and robotic outbound campaigns; effective communication skills, a high level of responsibility and the ability to promptly resolve force majeure; It will be a plus: secondary special or higher technical education (telecommunications, radio engineering, information technology).
