We are looking for a VIP Support Manager - an energetic and proactive person to join our growing team . If you are passionate about your work, motivated and ready to contribute to development - we want to know more about you!

What is important to us:

• Fluency in English (Advanced level);
• Knowledge of French or German at the Upper-intermediate level will be a significant advantage;
• Work experience in the iGaming industry;
• Experience of interaction with by VIP customers (chat or calls);
• Understanding the Canadian market or Tier 1 as an added advantage;
• Willingness to communicate with VIP customers by phone.

• Communicating with VIP players through chats and calls;
• Exploring the needs of key VIP customers;
• Building long-term relationships with customers;
• Informing VIP users about interesting promotions and offers;
• Providing valuable feedback and ideas to the team .
