  • High level of English (B2+);
  • French or German at Upper-Intermediate level will be significant a plus;
  • Problem solving skills to respond quickly to customer inquiries;
  • Strong communication skills and empathy to provide first-class support;
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments;
  • Experience of working with clients on Tier 1 markets (Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria) will be a big plus.
