Video editor (video editor) is responsible for all aspects of post production, including final editing and rendering. The video editor maintains high visual standards and pays attention to detail. This position involves overseeing projects of medium complexity, ensuring error-free results and dynamic editing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently edit video materials of medium complexity, ensuring the highest quality and meeting the standards expected by internal and external team members clients.
• Execute editing and animation creation.
• Work closely with the creative team to strategically select or develop visual style and tone, taking a holistic view of each project.
• Manage deadlines for various projects, and adjacent ones, and execute and prioritize quickly to meet critical deadlines.
• Organize and manage shared media assets, ensuring integrity and availability for the rest of the video team.
• Ensuring effective work; organize and back up files as needed.
• Collaborate with creative teams from concept to execution.
• Regular contact with creative producers.
• Responsible for meeting established project schedule and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments.
• Ability to effectively and accurately translate all creative directions provided into assigned projects and deliverables.
• Proactive communication skills with the producer and team members; avoid problems in projects and red flags should be reported immediately for timely resolution.
• Timely contact via email, team chat or phone.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in post production/editing commercial, corporate, storytelling videography
• High level of detail, self-motivation and creative approach
• Video compositing and finishing experience a must
• Working knowledge of audio and color correction techniques
• Positive approach to teamwork and problem solving problems
• 2+ years editing in Davinci Resolve Studio
• Knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, LightRoom
• Portfolio of relevant work demonstrating range, experience and flexibility

Knowledge of languages:

• Ukrainian - mandatory
• Russian - preferred
