Video editor 18+ / Video creatives 18+ / Designer of advertising creatives 18+ in 13MM

We are looking for a master in creating advertising creatives (videos and images) for our marketing agency. 
Important:This position involves creating creatives for 18+ content, which may include elements of erotic character.

Our specialty is performance marketing, that is, we focus on sales through paid traffic sources (Trafficjunky, Exoclick, TrafficFactory, etc.). We work mainly on the EU, LATAM, US market, so all advertising material is in different languages. We work with a large number of products: Dating sites, Healthy & Beauty, Male enhancement.

Cool advertising creative is not always about the beauty and quality of the picture, it is primarily about the ability to convey the main message through creativity and create in the user's desire to buy/use the product.

Therefore, first of all, we value not experience, but the ability to create an effective and interesting advertising creative.

Responsibilities:< br/>- Creation and editing of videos/images for advertising campaigns on Trafficjunky, Exoclick, TrafficFactory, etc.
- Formation of concepts and ideas for advertising creatives.
- Work with auxiliary tools (AI generation of announcer’s voice, generation selling text in ChatGPT, image generation in Midjourney).
- Interacting with marketing team to collect creative feedback and generate new ideas.

Mandatory requirements :
- Ability to create cool advertising creatives.
- English (intermediate and above).

Tools you will work with:
- Video editor (your choice).
- Photo editor (Photoshop or other).
- ChatGPT (for generating advertising text).
- Midjourney.
- Tools voice generation.

Will be a huge plus to your application:
- High level of use of each of the above tools.
- Experience in creating advertising creatives (preferably with confirmation by numbers or facts that these creatives really worked well).

We offer:
- SP from $500 to $1000 + bonuses for each effective advertising creative.
- The work is remote, part of the team is in America, part is in Ukraine.
- Full-time work, but the schedule is flexible.
- We are considering the option of part-time employment.
