Main tasks:
- writing texts according to the Company's Tone of Voice for the mobile application, taking into account the needs and expectations of users;
- creating clear and concise messages that would help users master the functionality of the application and perform the necessary actions;
- preparation of instructions and other text content for related channels in accordance with Tone of Voice;
- use of analytics and user feedback for continuous improvement of text content and mobile application interface as a whole;
- systematization of content and creation dictionaries to improve user experience;
- interaction with marketing, design and development teams to ensure consistency and unity between text and visual content;
- participation in interface testing and gathering feedback from users.
