Designer in Ukrayinska Akademiya Liderstva

Ukrainian Academy of Leadership invites a Designer to the project to develop brand identity, branded products and design of social networks.  

Duration of the project:8 months
Format:partial involvement, remote work

Main tasks:   

• Development of brand identity: develop the visual style of the project, create logos, guidelines and templates for consistent branding in project materials
• Creation of branded products in accordance with the visual style of the project: develop branded materials (brochures, banners and advertising products), increase the visibility of the project during public events
• < strong>Development of a branded kit for project participants(pen, notebook, badge, branded tape, eco bag, set of stickers, thermal mug, hoodie)
• Design of social networks and presentations: create graphic content for social networks and presentations to attract the audience and raise awareness of the project.  

It is important for us:

• Experience with graphic editors (Adobe Illustrator, Figma) Experience creating brand books and visual styles that reflect the project mission and ensure visual consistency across all project materials
• Design skills for print and electronic materials (brochures, banners, posters)
• Experience in preparing materials for printing and understanding technical requirements
• Responsibility, creativity, proactivity
• Self-organization and meeting deadlines

Stages of communication: portfolio selection (active link in CV or motivation letter) — HR interview — interview with the project manager — proposal for cooperation.
